Adam has 20 years experience at Hodgson Contracting holding Journeyman certificates as a Heavy Equipment Technician & Welder. As the owner of our trucking division and a vital part in keeping our equipment fleet active in the field, Adam is at the forefront of expertise in environmental earthworks & trucking. He is our lead mechanic, shop foreman and the future of “Hodgson” contracting.

Our “Earth Magician” has been with Hodgson Contracting for over 20 years. Starting as an operator and growing with the industry, he has operated equipment on and helped lead almost every kind of environmental earthworks project there is. Jim is a fantastic teacher & communicator who continues to train and share his experience with not only our operators but consultants & project managers who speak highly of his proficiency within the industry.

Coming from a history behind the wheel, Chris brings 15 years of trucking, dispatch & logistics experience. With “real world” experience, extensive knowledge of Alberta’s roadways and a keen sense for coordination, Chris delivers a high-end collaborative experience to each client. As Operations Manager, Chris deals with the day to day high pace of project changes while continuing to find efficiencies for each client.

With 15 years of experience operating heavy equipment, Chase brings on-site experience to project coordination. Using field experience, he supports not only the back end of business development but also cost estimates, project planning and logistics for high end field execution. Chase continues to expand our network of like-minded individuals and companies that we partner with to produce high quality and cost efficient closure projects.

With a great attitude that supports our whole team, Pam brings 15 years of professional administration experience to our team. Handling a lot of the numbers & paperwork while continuing to take care of the “little things” is a huge part of what streamlines our backend success. Pam stands out with an intuition that “serves the need of the moment” to stay ahead of our ever-changing, fast paced program support.

For 22 years (9 with Hodgson) Kathy has focused on safety support, internal organization & protocol implementation. Her experience helped develop much of Hodgson Contracting’s internal Safety Manual and set standards that help Hodgson be a leader in safety expectations. Kathy continues to train new employees, track and improve our safety protocol while supporting ongoing field safety compliance.

It all began in 1982 when Hodgson Sand & Gravel was established, laying the foundation for a family legacy built on productivity and customer commitment. After 17 successful years in the aggregates business, Brent and Diane Hodgson recognized a shift in the industry and seized an opportunity to expand their expertise. In 1999, they founded Hodgson Contracting Ltd., strategically positioning the company to meet the evolving needs of land reclamation, remediation, and site development.
